Last week we rolled a new dimension to our design center team which we call the Wild Bunch. They are a diverse group of very creative people who are on-call to form focus group teams. They come from all backgrounds: graphic design, art, photography, ceramics, modeling, engineering, marketing, and advertising. We see this as a great way to enable Compadre’s culture of relentlessly pursuing a different way.

... Compadre presents itself as such a great place to work, and the team of folks at the meeting about the Wild Bunch sounded so passionate about this new project. It was inspiring. The group of potential focus group participants seemed like a great bunch to brainstorm with. I hope this project gets going soon if it hasn't already and I hope to be a part of it. I see it becoming a staple of all design/engineering companies if they find out abut it. |

... Attended the session tonight (12/7) and found it to be quite interesting. This novel approach for product design is something that I am hoping to participate in - the group this evening seemed to have a very good spectrum of people from different backgrounds. Kudos to the management team for trying something unique ! |

... This is an example of how Compadre is open to new and different ways of doing business, and adjusting to market requirements. I think you will continue your success with such a flexible, customer-centered approach. |
